Terms of service

TerpIQ is a software subscription. We do not sell, ship, fulfil, or take payment for any physical product. You are a licensed retailer using TerpIQ to manage your own inventory records and lab documentation and to run a product-matching tool for your own customers. Every product transaction happens in your store, under your licences and your merchant account.

$149 per month, per location. The trial runs 14 days and takes no card. Subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe until cancelled, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. A plan covers unlimited products, lab reports, and customer sessions, and up to five team members per location.

Nothing switches off without warning, and we do not take a shop offline over billing. If a trial ends or a subscription lapses, what stops is updating: no new inventory imports, no new lab reports, no connector syncs. Your finder keeps serving your customers, your records stay readable and exportable, and subscribing turns updating back on.

Two things stay available no matter what your billing looks like, because they are yours to decide: exporting your records, and turning off what the public can see — taking your finder down, or withdrawing from the directory. A lapsed account can still do both.

You own your inventory records, your lab reports, and everything derived from them. We do not sell your data, and we do not use one shop’s data to advantage another. You can export all of it at any time, including after cancelling, and ask us to delete it outright. What we store and who processes it is set out on the privacy page.

You are responsible for holding the licences your jurisdiction requires, for the accuracy of the lab reports you upload, and for the products on your shelf. Lab data extracted from a COA is reviewed by a person in your shop before it counts — the review step exists because an extraction can be wrong, and approving it is your call, not ours.

You are responsible for the accounts you invite. Owners and managers can change what the public sees; giving someone that role is giving them that power.

The finder matches products to stated preferences and sensitivities using batch chemistry where a lab report exists and typical strain figures where one does not, and it labels which of the two it used. It is a merchandising tool. It makes no health claims of any kind, it is for adults 21 and over, and nothing it produces is medical advice.

Do not upload lab reports that are not yours, use the product to misrepresent what is on your shelf, attempt to reach another shop’s records, or resell access without agreeing it with us first. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why.

We run this on Netlify and Supabase and we do not promise it will never be down. The service is provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited.

If these terms change in a way that affects what you get or what you pay, we will email the account owner before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page is the date it last changed.
