- What happens when the trial ends?
- Nothing switches off without warning. We email you before the trial ends, and if you have not subscribed by then your finder pauses while your dashboard stays open — your inventory and lab records remain yours to read and export. Subscribe and everything comes straight back.
- Do I need a card to start the trial?
- No. Fourteen days, no card, no invoice. You add a payment method when you decide to continue.
- Can I cancel?
- At any time, from the billing screen, without emailing anyone. You keep read access to your own inventory and lab records after cancelling. We do not hold a shop’s data hostage to keep it subscribed.
- What counts as a location?
- One retail address. A shop with a storefront and a back-room counter is one location. Two storefronts are two, each with its own inventory, its own finder and its own analytics.
- Is there a setup fee or a contract?
- Neither. It is a monthly subscription you can stop whenever you like, and setup is something you do yourself in an afternoon.
- Do you take a cut of my sales?
- No. TerpIQ never touches a transaction between you and your customer. The subscription is the entire commercial relationship — a flat monthly fee for software.
